- 09:41:16 1 of 3 regions failed: network blip, no alert sent
One region failing is a hunch, not an outage. Above, Mumbai loses a site for a moment; Frankfurt and Singapore check it straight away, it answers, and nobody gets an alert.
How an alert reaches you
Most false alarms come from the monitor's own network, not your site. So nothing pages you until two regions agree.
A check fails in one region
Mumbai can't reach
shop.yourclient.in. We note it and keep going. Two more regions try right away
Frankfurt and Singapore check the same URL within two seconds.
Two of three agree, you hear about it
Email, Slack, Telegram, a webhook or a phone call, with which regions failed and since when.
Everything a site needs watched, in one plan
- Uptime
- Status code, response time, and whether a word you choose is still on the page. Every 5 minutes on Free, down to every 30 seconds.
- SSL certificates
- A warning 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before a certificate expires, and straight away if the chain or hostname breaks.
- Domain expiry
- Reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before a domain lapses, for every site you add.
- DNS changes
- An alert when an A, MX, CNAME or TXT record changes, so a stray edit doesn't take email down quietly.
- Cron jobs
- Give each scheduled job a ping URL. If the ping doesn't arrive on time, we tell you.
- Broken links
- A scheduled crawl finds dead links and insecure images before your client does.
Built for agencies that look after many sites
- One workspace per client, so access and billing stay separate.
- Status pages on your client's own domain, with your logo and none of ours.
- A monthly uptime report sent to each client under your agency's name.
- Invite a client to see only their own sites.

Questions
Can I use the free plan for client or business sites?
Yes. Business use is allowed on every plan, including Free.
Why not alert on the first failure?
A single failed check is usually a network blip between one region and your server. Re-checking from two more regions takes a few seconds and removes almost every false alarm.
Which IP addresses should I allowlist?
Each region checks from fixed addresses. The full list is on our IP addresses page (/ips), with a plain-text version for firewalls.
What happens if your own system has a problem?
Our checkers keep running on their own schedule and hold their results until the rest of the system is back. Alerts may arrive late, but they aren't lost.
Do you check from India?
Yes. Mumbai is one of the six regions, and Singapore covers Southeast Asia.
